Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Mark Mamantov is presenting a program titled, “Economic Incentives for Businesses in Tennessee.” The program, co-sponsored by Bass, Berry & Sims and the ACC, will explore the legal requirements for economic incentives for businesses in Tennessee. An overview of incentives at the state and local levels will be provided along with a discussion of the relevant constitutional and statutory provisions.
The program will be held on Wednesday, October 15 at Remedy Coffee Backroom in Knoxville, Tennessee from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. A networking reception to follow.
