This CLE webinar will provide guidance for companies and their counsel on the Yates Memo, the new DOJ policy regarding individual accountability for corporate misconduct. The panel will discuss the DOJ guidance and examine the implications of the new policies for corporations. The panel will also discuss how companies’ compliance programs and internal investigation procedures will need to be revised in light of the new guidance.
