Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Brian Roark will speak at the 12th National Institute on the Civil False Claims Act and Qui Tam Enforcement. Brian will speak on a session titled, “Developments in Healthcare Fraud.” As 2017 continues to be a consequential year in healthcare fraud proceedings, the session will offer insight into relevant healthcare fraud issues.

The 12th National Institute on the Civil False Claims Act and Qui Tam Enforcement is hosted by the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section, Health Law Section and ABACLE. This program has been approved for 12.75 General CLE credit hours and 1 Ethics CLE credit hour. It will be held June 13-2015, 2018 in Washington, D.C. Brian’s session will be held on Friday, June 15 from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. EST.
