Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Mike Hess & Shannon Wiley will co-present at the American Society for Pharmacy Law (ASPL) Roundtable Discussions on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm. The session titled, “Developing Compliance Processes for Service Programs with Drug Manufacturers,” will discuss regulatory concerns that arise during contract negotiation between drug manufacturers and pharmacies and provide suggestions for how a pharmacy can utilize its internal compliance program to maintain operationally sound and compliant arrangements.
