Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Hannah Choate will co-present a panel titled, “David Takes on Goliath: Lessons Learned from Protracted Battle with DOJ/OIG” at the 2022 American Bar Association’s Physicians Legal Issues: Healthcare Delivery & Innovation Conference on September 15. The panel will take place between 2:50-3:50 p.m. and feature important take-aways for doctors from United States v. Reliance and OIG Advisory Opinion No. 22-07. Hannah will co-present with Bridget Gordon and Patric Hooper of Hooper, Lundy and Bookman.
The 2022 event will be held September 15 – 17 at the Fairmont Chicago – Millennium Park in Chicago, Illinois.
