Bass Berry and Sims attorney Danielle Sloane will co-present at the 2021 Annual Fraud and Compliance Forum hosted by the American Health Law Association (AHLA). The session, titled “Clinical Laboratory Regulatory and Enforcement Update for 2022,” will take place on September 21, from 1:45 to 2:45 PM EST. The program will highlight the important role of clinical laboratories in the healthcare system and the many compliance and regulatory issues that are particular to clinical labs.
