Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Lisa Rivera will speak with Susan Gillin of the Office of Inspector General – U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Michael Rosen of ProviderTrust, Inc. at the Health Care Compliance Association’s (HCCA) 20th Annual Compliance Institute. Lisa will speak on Tuesday, April 19 from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. on the topic of “CIA’s: Tips on Avoiding, Complying and Negotiating Them.” The session will cover the current Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) environment, hot topics in negotiations and examples. Topics will include:

- Defining the role the OIG vs. DOJ plays in imposing CIA’s
