Bass, Berry & Sims attorney, Allen Overby will speak at Corporate Board Member’s 11th Annual Boardroom Summit. His session, titled “Audit Committee Oversight of Public Company Financial Reporting,” will explore current issues and best practices from a legal perspective for audit committee oversight of the financial reporting process.
