Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Mary Leigh Pirtle will serve as a presenter during the 2020 MidSouth Employment Law Conference for a session titled “Are You Ready for a Reset? COVID-19” on Thursday, October 29. The virtual program will provide guidance for navigating complex employment issues as we work toward reopening our economy and entering 2021, including with respect to mandatory vaccinations and employees’ rights to refusal, workforce restructuring in light of longer-term uncertainties, and foreseeable litigation trends as workforces fully return to the office environment.
