Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Matt Curley will speak at the American Health Lawyers Association Physicians and Hospitals Law Institute conference. Matt will speak on the topic of “Effective Strategies for Dealing with Physician-Related Fraud and Abuse Enforcement Trends.”
Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Steele Clayton will also participate in a panel discussion on February 6, 2014 in New Orleans at the Physicians and Hospitals Law Institute conference. Steele will speak on antitrust issues related to information sharing in a presentation titled “Data is King – Information Sharing A-Z in the World of Value-Based Health Care” presented by the In-House Counsel and Antitrust Practice Groups Joint Luncheon.
The event will be held February 5-7 at the Sheraton in New Orleans.
