Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Stewart Kameen and Bill Mathias will be speaking at the American Health Law Association’s (AHLA) Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. Stewart will be speaking on a panel titled “Patient Engagement: Strategic Considerations for Providing Tools and Supports to Patients to Promote Care Coordination and Advance Value-Based Care.” This is a panel discussion with former OIG attorneys who are now advising stakeholders across the industry on patient engagement and social determinants of health. Bill will be speaking on a panel titled “Fix It, Disclose It, or Pretend It Didn’t Happen – The New Fraud & Abuse Game Show.”
