Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Mike Gibson will serve as a panelist at the 2024 EB-5 & Global Immigration Expo on January 16th. The panel, titled “A World of EB-5 Opportunities: New RIA Options, Including Concurrent Filing, New Set-Aside Categories, and Project Criteria,” will also feature panelists Bernard Wolfsdorf (WR Immigration), Michael Kester (Impact DataSource), and Jeff DeCicco (Golden Gate Global), with Nicholas Sr. Mastroianni III (U.S. Immigration Fund) serving as the moderator. The panel discussion will begin at 11:30 AM PT and is expected to last approximately 45 minutes. The conference will take place at the VEA Newport Beach in Newport Beach, California, from January 15-16.
