Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Michael Hess will Chair the 3rd Annual National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) Specialty Pharmacy Law Conference. The conference programming will center around the theme, “Managing Relationships: The Legal Considerations, Issues and Implications of Building and Operating a Specialty Pharmacy.” Speakers will provide an overview of the current market, as well as, focus on relationships with payors, employees, pharmaceutical administrators, regulatory agents and investors.
