Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Matt Curley and Nesrin Tift will participate in the International Performance Management Institute (IPMI) Healthcare Law & Compliance Institute.
Matt will participate in a panel titled “Critical Insights, Updates and Considerations in the Healthcare Law Landscape” with Greg Matis (Intermountain Healthcare), Laura Keidan Martin (Katten), and Paul Otto (Hogan Lovells). Matt will also co-panel “DOJ Perspectives on Compliance Best Practices for Healthcare Providers” alongside Allan Medina (US DOJ).
Nesrin will serve as a panelist in a session titled, “Using Digital Health Innovation to Advance Value-Based Care” with Beth Jacobson (Kaia Health).
The Healthcare Law & Compliance Institute will be held February 26-28, 2023 at The Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island, Florida.
