Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Bob Horton will be a keynote speaker at the 2018 MidSouth Compensation Symposium on June 8, 2018. Bob’s sessions titled, “Latest Legal Developments in Compensation” will examine the latest legal developments concerning compensation and how these developments signal what’s ahead in labor & employment law and the impact to employers. The discussion will focus on federal and state legislation, rules from federal regulators, new cases, as well as regulatory trends.
