Polly focuses her practice in the areas of business and commercial disputes, class action matters, provider-payor disputes, and other high-stakes litigation. She has tried cases in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitration panels, and has developed significant experience conducting internal investigations.

Polly is a past president of the Nashville Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Division, past president of the Nashville Bar Foundation, and past chair of the Tennessee Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection.
