Faheem Ali represents clients on a broad range of matters involving the development, transfer and licensing of technology and intellectual property. He helps clients protect their IP assets, representing them in a variety of transactions, including advising on the IP aspects of mergers and acquisitions, licensing and service agreements, and strategic relationships. Faheem also advises clients on compliance with domestic and international privacy regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ever-evolving domestic privacy frameworks, as well as the data privacy aspects of technology transactions.
Faheem’s practice also extends to trademark portfolio management, assisting clients across a broad range of industries to develop trademark filing, protection, and enforcement strategies.
He earned a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School and an undergraduate degree in biochemistry and political science from Case Western Reserve University.
