Tecum Capital Launches Fourth SBIC Fund

We served as fund formation counsel to Tecum Capital Management—a private investment firm focused on providing mezzanine debt, subordinated notes, and private equity to middle market companies—in connection with the formation, capitalization, licensing, and closing of Tecum Capital Partners IV, a $325 million pooled fund of committed capital licensed by the SBA as an SBIC. We have also served as counsel for Tecum’s current and prior funds, including acting as SBIC licensing and regulatory counsel for each fund.
