Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Thad McBride will participate as a panelist discussing the financial sanctions that have been used by the United States to target enemy countries and foreign criminal enterprises. Thad, Princeton University alumnus (’95), will be joined by other Princeton graduates and sanctions professionals to examine how financial sanctions are implemented, how financial institutions and individuals comply with sanctions, and whether sanctions are a productive foreign policy tool.
