On December 1, 2016, Parker Hannifin Corporation and CLARCOR Inc. announced that the companies have entered into a definitive agreement under which Parker will acquire CLARCOR for approximately $4.3 billion in cash, including the assumption of net debt. The transaction has been unanimously approved by the board of directors of each company. Upon closing of the transaction, expected to be completed by or during the first quarter of Parker’s fiscal year 2018, CLARCOR will be combined with Parker’s Filtration Group to form a leading and diverse global filtration business. Danielle was named in the Health Care category.

This year's list represents more than 75 law firms and spans 35 practice areas. According to Law360, those included on the list were selected based on their career accomplishments in their respective practice areas.

As part of the recognition, Danielle was profiled by Law360 about her career. She answered questions about her career highlights and why she got into healthcare law. When asked what motivates her, Danielle responded with "When they [clients] don't know what the answer is, being able to get them the answer or some guidance that they can take and use, for me is really rewarding. There's so much variety, and I'm constantly learning about either new sectors of health care law, or new rules, or new initiatives, and that I really appreciate."
