We represented Premise Health, a leading worksite health and patient engagement company, in its acquisition of IMWell Health, LLC, which specializes in primary care clinics for mid-size companies and municipalities.
Premise was formed through the merger of CHS Health Services and Take Care Employer Solutions and provides personalized care to more than 200 of the nation’s leading employers, including many of the Fortune 1000, through onsite health clinics.
This experience gained prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims PLC.
