We negotiated the first collective bargaining contract for a UNARCO Material Handling manufacturing plant in Ohio in which we obtained very favorable terms for the company, including no union security clause which is rare in non-right-to-work states. In addition, we renegotiated the collective bargaining agreement for UNARCO covering the employees at the company’s Tennessee plant. We also provide day-to-day counseling to the company on labor and employment matters.
