CON Approved for Endoscopy Center in Chattanooga

Client Type: Public Company

We served as lead counsel to AmSurg Corp. in its efforts to obtain a Certificate of Need (CON) to relocate and expand an existing endoscopy center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Despite last-minute opposition from the Chattanooga-area's largest hospital system, the $8.5 million project was unanimously approved by state regulators.

AmSurg Corp.
