Recently, the firm assisted a leading homecare provider – Alere Women's and Children's Health LLC – obtain three CONs to significantly expand its services. Each of these CON applications was unanimously approved by Tennessee regulators. The expansion of Alere's services into all 95 Tennessee counties will greatly improve access to critical maternal and fetal medicine services in the state.
