Tracy Roberts is the Director of Marketing & Communications at Bass, Berry & Sims. In her role, Tracy works to ensure all marketing and business development strategies and tactics align with the firm’s strategic goals. She is primarily responsible for leading the Marketing & Communications team, overseeing reputation management, public relations and positioning strategies, and the overall brand of the firm.

Tracy brings with her more than 15 years of marketing and business development experience, mostly focused in healthcare, spending the last eight years of her career at HealthStream, a Nashville-based public company that provides workforce development solutions to healthcare organizations nationally. During her tenure at HealthStream, Tracy established marketing processes and developed a team that could support the rapid growth of the company. In addition, she was the chair person for HealthStream’s Community Outreach Team, organizing fundraising and volunteer opportunities with organizations like Second Harvest, Hands On Nashville, and Cane Ridge High School’s Healthcare Career Academy.

Tracy is a member of the Legal Marketing Association. She received her B.S. in communications from the University of Tennessee.
