Kathryn Moore advises healthcare clients on a broad range of transactional, regulatory, and operational matters, with a particular focus on complex healthcare mergers and acquisitions. She represents national hospital and ambulatory surgery center companies, as well as a wide spectrum of healthcare providers and operators, including home health providers, physician practices, and office-based laboratories. She has considerable experience helping clients address healthcare fraud and abuse risks, frequently advising on state and federal anti-kickback rules and self-referral laws.
Kathryn also advises healthcare clients on licensure and enrollment matters across a variety of contexts. She assists healthcare providers pursuing de novo facility development, guiding them through regulatory approvals and enrollment processes necessary to launch new healthcare operations. She counsels clients responding to adverse events or sanctions that threaten their licensure status or participation in federal healthcare programs. Moreover, Kathryn handles the licensure and enrollment workstreams that arise in connection with healthcare transactions.
