Katie McDaniel is the Students Programs Manager at Bass, Berry & Sims. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring of all entry-level attorneys and summer associates. Working with law students and law school recruitment personnel, Katie manages the on-campus interview cycle from the resume screening stage through callback interviews and delivery of job offers. She is also responsible for developing the summer associate program for the firm.

Katie has worked within the Talent Management Department at Bass, Berry & Sims for several years first as an assistant and then as Attorney Recruiting Coordinator in support of the attorney recruitment efforts at the firm. Katie earned her MBA at Belmont University.
