Brad Kuntz advises clients on complex real estate transactions and ancillary corporate matters in connection with the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of commercial properties. He has extensive experience counseling owners, developers, lenders and investors with their office, industrial, multifamily, retail, mixed-use and medical properties. In addition, Brad has worked with private equity clients on the development of properties related to negotiating leases, easement agreements and cost sharing agreements.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Brad was an associate with Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP in its Dallas, Texas, office where he counseled clients across a variety of industries with commercial real estate matters. During law school, Brad was a pitcher for five seasons with the Milwaukee Brewers organization where he pitched in 120 games. Brad earned a law degree from Baylor University School of Law and an undergraduate degree in entrepreneurship and finance from Baylor University.
