As Director of Office Administration, Greg Dickey is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all office locations for Bass, Berry & Sims. In this role, he ensures efficient administrative functions to support the firm’s ability to provide exceptional client service. Greg collaborates closely with all attorneys and staff to enhance operational effectiveness and support the firm’s strategic goals.

Greg has 20 years of experience within the legal industry with responsibilities across various functional areas including management, operations, human resources, financial planning and analysis, and marketing. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Greg worked at Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart, P.C. overseeing the day-to-day operations at multiple office locations and providing operational guidance to multiple regions around the United States along with the firm’s international locations.

Greg is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and previously served as the treasurer of the Memphis Chapter. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Greg earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration – Management from the University of Colorado.
