Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Thad McBride and Cheryl Palmeri published a summary of recently proposed changes to the Export Administration Regulations and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). If adopted, the proposed changes should help clarify key definitions as well as registration and licensing requirements under the ITAR.
