Bass, Berry & Sims attorney and Washington, D.C. office managing partner Todd Overman was interviewed for an article in Law360 outlining law firm leaders’ priorities in Washington, D.C. for 2024. Todd highlighted the following focus areas for the coming year: continuing to provide excellent client service, navigating new laws in highly regulated areas, examining new technologies in the delivery of legal services, and balancing hybrid work environment.

Speaking of client service and navigating new regulations, Todd said, “As we look to 2024, we are focused on assisting our clients as they navigate the laws and regulations that impact their business, particularly in an election year.”

When discussing the hybrid work environment, Todd stated, “”We are looking for ways we can facilitate that and still provide people the autonomy they seek in a hybrid world. For D.C. specifically, we have two to three days a week where we offer office activities and in-person opportunities while still encouraging the flexibility that hybrid work allows.”
