According to the judge, the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) charges against UnitedHealth were too vague to proceed. “The district court’s decision obviously is a significant setback for DOJ,” said Matt. Many expect the DOJ will amend its complaint in order to add missing detail in order to move forward.
