The ACO Task Force was established by the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) with a mission to monitor and evaluate the implementing statutes, regulations, cases, and secondary materials concerning ACOs. AHLA is the nation’s largest, nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) educational organization devoted to legal issues in the healthcare field with more than 10,000 members.
