In an article for Law360, Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Richard Arnholt discussed how the firm is keeping internal and external audiences informed and up to date on the flurry of executive orders that have been issued thus far in the Trump administration. According to the Law360 article, Trump has issued more than 100 executive orders on a variety of topics since taking office in January.

“It seems like there are new executive actions every day, and developments in related court cases,” Richard told Law360 Pulse. “It’s certainly a lot of work to keep up.”

Richard added that the firm is using a tracker developed by George Washington Law School to monitor the executive orders and has been putting out more updates on its GovCon & Trade Blog for clients. Internally, attorneys are also sharing information regularly at practice group meetings, he added.
