We are representing four municipalities/utility districts in connection with ongoing issues related to the water supply from the J. Percy Priest Reservoir (JPP). We have drafted proposed federal legislation, submitted a FOIA appeal to the Corps, and are working with our client in anticipation of the Corps’ stated intention to reduce the amount of water storage available for water supply at JPP. The matter is currently pending.
