We represented a small, minority-owned information technology services company and its president/owner in conjunction with notices of proposed debarment issued by the Air Force. The subcontractor’s alleged misconduct was also being investigated by DOJ, multiple agency Inspectors General, and the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. We submitted a response to the Suspension and Debarment Official (SDO) and within three days, the proposed debarment was terminated without an administrative agreement.
