Bass, Berry & Sims served as lead counsel to Tennessee Quality Care – Home Health (TQC), part of Addus HomeCare’s national network of home care providers, in obtaining two Certificates of Need (CON) to establish new parent home care organization offices in Lebanon (Wilson County), Tennessee, and Martin (Weakley County), Tennessee. Through the complementary projects, the Lebanon office will serve 21 counties in TQC’s Middle Tennessee region, and the Martin office will serve 13 counties in West Tennessee. Cumulatively, through the new parent offices and TQC’s existing parent office in Parsons, Tennessee, TQC will provide its high quality home health services to patients across 51 counties. The projects were unanimously approved by state regulators.
