Successful Representation of MidSouth Imaging in Opposition to ASTC CON

Bass, Berry & Sims served as lead counsel to MidSouth Imaging & Therapeutics, Inc. in a successful Certificate of Need (CON) opposition project involving the proposed establishment of a multi-specialty ambulatory surgical treatment center (ASTC) in Memphis (Shelby County), Tennessee. The ASTC, which sought to provide surgical procedures in the areas of gynecological surgery, interventional radiology vascular access, and oral and maxillofacial surgery, was unanimously denied by state regulators.
