We successfully defended a national restaurant chain against sexual harassment and retaliatory discharge allegations stemming from an investigation which resulted in the Plaintiff’s termination. The Plaintiff filed an arbitration demand alleging the decision to terminate him was in violation of Title VII and Illinois law. We successfully argued that our client had a good faith basis for their termination recommendation.
