Representation of Mail-Order Pharmacy: DEA Enforcement Action

We represented a national mail-order pharmacy in an administrative enforcement action brought by the Drug Enforcement Administration alleging violations of the Controlled Substances Act and the Ryan Haight Act related to the dispensing of controlled substances. We negotiated a favorable resolution of the matter on behalf of our client.
