Success in Arbitration and On Appeal

We successfully represented Morgan Keegan in obtaining the dismissal of customer claims against the firm in a FINRA arbitration. The award was subsequently vacated in the Chancery Court of Shelby County, Tennessee. On appeal, the Tennessee Court of Appeals reversed, reinstating the original dismissal of the claims. Morgan Keegan (formerly NYSE: MOR) was a national broker-dealer institution. In April 2012, Morgan Keegan & Co was acquired by Raymond James Financial.
