We represented a developer of consumer and commercial products in connection with building a portfolio of patents and other intellectual property assets, IP strategy, commercializing its technology, and licensing matters. We represented the client in connection with a research and development agreement with a public university system to develop applications of NASA technology in consumer and healthcare products.  We also represented the client in negotiating a technology transfer/patent license agreement with a public university system.
