Bass, Berry & Sims advised Serco, a provider of professional, technology, engineering, and management services, on the government contracts and international trade portions in its acquisition of Northrop Grumman’s mission training and satellite ground network communications software business (MT&S) for $327 million.
The transaction will add scale to Serco’s North America business to over $2 billion in revenue and deliver value through enhanced defense and space capabilities, increased market reach and operational scale, commitment to innovation and talent, and global growth and expanded space market presence.
