We represented Green Bankshares and certain named officers in a consolidated securities fraud class action alleging violations of Section 10(b) and Rule 10b-5 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Green Bankshares, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: GRNB) is a bank holding company that merged with and into Capital Bank, National Association (Capital Bank, NA), a subsidiary of Capital Bank Financial Corp. (CBF) in September 2011.
