Representation of Physician Practice in FCA/FDCA Investigation

We served as lead counsel representing a physician practice group in connection with a Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation of alleged violations of the False Claims Act (FCA) and Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDCA). This case resulted in declination of criminal enforcement under the FDCA and civil enforcement under the FCA.
