Representation of Physician Practice Groups: U.S. ex rel. Nix v. United Biologics, LLC (N.D. Ga.)

We represented three HCA-affiliated physician practice groups in a False Claims Act lawsuit alleging that defendants provided improper kickbacks related to allergy shot programs. Following the filing of a motion to dismiss, the claims against our clients were dismissed.
