Representation of Pharmaceutical Developer

We serve as compliance and investigations counsel representing apharmaceuticals developer in connection with several investigations involving a combination of document review, witness interviews, and internal reporting. Upon conclusion of each internal investigation, we helped determine whether the misconduct rose to the level of a “reportable event” under the client’s CIA and when necessary, assisted with preparation of the reportable event disclosure to HHS-OIG.
