Representation of National Healthcare System of Potential Diversion and Updated Compliance Processes

We represented a Texas hospital and its national healthcare system in investigating potential diversion by a former hospital nurse. We conducted an internal investigation of the incident and reported our findings to DEA, which took no action against the facility. We also advised the client on process changes to reduce the likelihood of future diversion events.
