We served as lead counsel representing Medco Health Solutions in a putative class action alleging that Medco improperly audited and withheld payments to compounding pharmacies. Medco asserted counterclaims against the named plaintiff pharmacies, alleging that the pharmacies fraudulently inflated the price of compounded prescriptions. After extensive litigation, the matter was successfully resolved without class certification.
