Representation of Hospital System: U.S. ex rel. George v. Gupta (E.D. Tenn.)

We represented Community Health Systems and an affiliated hospital in a Department of Justice investigation involving allegations of False Claims Act violations related to a physician relationship. We obtained a declination from the Department of Justice, and the relator’s claims were subsequently dismissed for failure to prosecute.
